LIFETAG Medical ID Bracelet Pack

This blue rubber bracelet comes complete with a metal plate with a generic medical symbol on it identifying the wearer has a medical condition. On the inside of the bracelet, there is the message "See Wallet Card" printed so that emergency personnel will be able to quickly reference the person's medical ID card.

The metal plate on the bracelet does have room for engraving if you desire. Engraving is done at an extra charge of $1 per letter/character and must be specified in the comments section of the order form.
